BLS Heartcode Hands-On Skills Session

 

Our school proudly offers the American Heart Association (AHA) HeartCode® BLS Hands-On Skills Session, a flexible and efficient option for healthcare professionals who have completed the online HeartCode BLS course and are ready to demonstrate their practical skills.

This in-person session focuses exclusively on hands-on skill validation. Students will perform adult, child, and infant CPR, demonstrate proper AED use, and show effective ventilation techniques using barrier devices and bag-mask systems. Skills are evaluated by an AHA-certified instructor or through an approved skills testing system to ensure competency and compliance with current AHA guidelines.

The HeartCode BLS Hands-On Skills Session is ideal for busy professionals who prefer to complete the cognitive portion of BLS training online at their own pace, then attend a brief, scheduled skills check. It offers convenience without compromising quality or standards.

Upon successful completion of the skills session, participants will receive an official American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard, valid for two years. Our supportive training environment, flexible scheduling, and commitment to excellence ensure a smooth and confident certification experience.

In order to participate in this course pathway, you will need to submit your proof of completion certificate that you received after completing the online portion offered by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. This online portion is sold separately directly through AHA and ARC.
