BLS (Basic Life Saver) CPR Course

The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course equips healthcare professionals and trained responders with the critical skills needed to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course emphasizes early recognition, rapid intervention, and team-based resuscitation using the latest science from the AHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.

Description

This course is designed for first-time learners and learners whose initial certification has been expired longer than 90 daysThis is a full IN-PERSON course

This instructor-led course provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills required to respond effectively to cardiac, breathing, and airway emergencies in adults, children, and infants.

Participants will learn how to perform high-quality CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), deliver effective ventilations with barrier devices and bag-mask systems, and work efficiently as part of a resuscitation team. Emphasis is placed on early recognition of life-threatening emergencies, proper technique, and clear communication in both in-facility and out-of-hospital settings.
